How setup works
Data entry
All of the legal entity's details are entered into the system. Every bSafe user gets their own username and password.
Responsible person (director, headmaster)
Visibility into how consistently inspections are carried out. Overview of any recorded incidents. Alerts for inspection issues found and for staff not completing required tasks.
Team lead
Enters an inventory of all equipment and basic staff details, and assigns each caretaker a username and password. Has an overview of the venue's condition and all documentation.
Venue caretakers
Everyone involved in monitoring condition and other work at the venue: maintenance staff, educators, teachers, and other employees. They log completed inspections, maintenance, and any incidents.
How we work together after setup
A dedicated team keeps the bSafe system regularly updated in line with regulatory changes. These updates are rolled out into the system and made available to the operator on an ongoing basis. Communication happens through in-app notifications and alerts that continuously guide the operator toward correctly carrying out activities and ensuring user safety.
